This role provides writing and content management for the firm’s marketing, communications, and client relationship materials. The ideal candidate has expertise in marketing materials management and technical communication.


Responsibilities:

  • Research, write, edit, format, and proofread RFP responses and proposals
  • Manage content within the RFP automation platform
  • Create, manage, and customize compelling technical presentations and other marketing collateral
  • Develop graphics, images, and illustrations to convey complex technical concepts
  • Collaborate with teams across the firm, including Senior Management, Research, Operations and Compliance
  • Facilitate CRM information, and the review and approval process
  • Provide technical support on brand identity
  • Oversee consistency with our brand voice, ensuring design and branding consistency
  • Support the firm’s overall marketing strategy objectives


General Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree - English, Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
  • 2-4 years’ experience in project management and communications production, ideally in the financial services industry
  • Knowledge of print production and desktop publishing standards
  • Experience with Qvidian and Adobe Creative
  • Knowledge of investments and financial products
  • Knowledge of web UI/UX
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • High proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Visual design experience with emphasis on technical content
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines
